“The overnight study showed evidence for short episode of soft snoring in the end of the night without significant breathing disturbances. Her arterial blood oxygen saturation was within normal limits. Good response to dental appliance. The sleep EEG showed some difficulties in maintaining sleep with changes in sleep architecture consisting of a frequent periodic EEG sleep disorder (cycling alternating pattern) with mild impairment in sleep efficiency.”

The dentist will thoroughly examine your teeth and mouth and may use X-rays to confirm your oral health status, as well as ensuring that you are dentally appropriate for the splint. Dental impressions are required to fabricate a Panthera Sleep. They are then sent to our laboratory where the appliance is made. Once custom made for you, the appliance will be fitted by a Dentist who will show you how to insert and remove it yourself, as well as how to clean and care for it.
